These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the mothering.om online store, operated by Mothering LLC, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman (“Mothering”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you (“the Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are issued in line with Oman's Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree 66/2014) and its Executive Regulation (Ministerial Decision 77/2017), and nothing in these Terms limits any right granted to you under that law.

2. Scope and Acceptance of Orders
These Terms apply to every order placed through our Website. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — including after confirmation — in cases such as stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case you will receive a full refund of any amount already paid.
3. Products, Descriptions and Pricing
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on the Website are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen than in person. All prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR). Mothering LLC is not currently registered for value-added tax (VAT), and no VAT is charged on our products. Should this change, our prices and invoices will be updated in accordance with applicable law. If we discover a pricing error before your order is confirmed, we will contact you before proceeding.
4. Invoicing
Every completed order is accompanied by a tax invoice in Arabic (with an English translation where helpful), stating our name, trade name and CR number, the date of the transaction, the price including tax, the quantity of goods, the delivery method and date, and the applicable warranty period, in line with Articles 15 and 24 of the Consumer Protection Law and its Executive Regulation. Please retain your invoice, as it is your proof of purchase for returns and warranty claims.
5. Payment Methods
- Online payment by credit or debit card via our payment partner, Paymob.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available — see our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
- Bank transfer.
6. Delivery
Order fulfilment and delivery are governed by our Delivery & Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available on our Website.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
Your rights to return, exchange, repair, or claim under warranty for products purchased from us are set out in our Return & Exchange Policy and, for electronic and electrical products, our Warranty Policy — Electronic & Electrical Products, both of which form part of these Terms and are available on our Website. These policies reflect, and do not reduce, your statutory rights under Articles 14 to 18 of the Consumer Protection Law and Articles 15, 20, and 27 of its Executive Regulation.
8. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
As a consumer, Article 14 of the Consumer Protection Law entitles you, among other things, to:
- Accurate information about the goods and services you purchase or use;
- Freedom of choice when purchasing any good or service;
- Assurance of the quality of the good or service and its conformity to the announced price;
- Safety of the good or service and protection from harm arising from its normal use;
- Fair compensation for harm resulting from the normal use of a good or service;
- Representation of consumer interests in relevant policymaking; and
- Respect for religious and cultural values and customs when a good or service is provided to you.
9. Brand, Content and Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos (including “Mothering” and “M.Kids”), text, graphics, product photography, and designs appearing on the Website are owned by or licensed to Mothering LLC and are protected under applicable Omani intellectual property law. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: place fraudulent orders; misuse discount or promotional codes contrary to their stated terms; resell products purchased from us in the course of a business without our prior written authorisation; or use the Website in any way that breaches applicable Omani law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Omani law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the Consumer Protection Law or any other applicable law, and nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available on our Website, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at sales@mothering.om or +968 76935536 so we can try to resolve it directly. You also have the right at any time to submit a complaint to Oman's Public Authority for Consumer Protection (PACP) at www.pacp.gov.om. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the competent Omani courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your right to raise a complaint before PACP.
14. Amendments to These Terms
We may update these Terms from
time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The

that order.
